📋 REFUND POLICY

At Moana Nui, every item is made to order with care. Because our products are printed on demand, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at infor@moananuiwear.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We use eco-friendly, sustainable materials and packaging. All sales are final unless the product is faulty.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by:

• Contacting us at info@moananuiwear.store with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
• if you checked out using a phone number only, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund your order within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items produced specifically for you, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
